This CVS store provides generally friendly and helpful customer service, with staff who are attentive and willing to assist customers in finding items and answering questions. The store is clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive shopping environment. Customers appreciate the pharmacists' professionalism and patience, especially when managing busy lines for vaccinations and prescriptions. Despite the busy atmosphere, pharmacy staff work hard to handle multiple tasks, such as processing orders, managing medications, and assisting customers, often under pressure. However, the store often faces challenges with staffing, particularly in the pharmacy, where staff are frequently overworked and sometimes speak abruptly or fail to answer phone calls. This is mainly due to limited staffing and short lunch breaks, leading to frustrations among customers who rely on timely service. The store's sales and promotional offers sometimes do not reflect correctly on the bill, requiring associates to leave the register to verify deals, which complicates the checkout process. Overall, while the store faces staffing challenges, the staff's friendliness and professionalism help maintain a positive experience.
Absolutely offensive pricing for even basic essentials. Stopped in for a bottle of Naproxen Sodium (generic Aleve) and was shocked to find it priced literally more than 3x the same thing at Target. Won't be making that mistake again.

The pharmacy here is among the worst. Very rude and unprofessional staff. It is clear that they are overworked and underpaid, and unfortunately express their anger at the customers. I would recommend taking your prescriptions to the Westford Walgreens across the street.

I am a physician and I have to call in a prescription and no one in pharmacy is picking up the phone even on the prescriber line. This is ridiculous. This is on Jan 14 2025 at 10:15 am
