He gets to know his customers and remembers every detail, even if it's been a year or two since I last passed by. He rings you up quick and may throw in a Richie's slush if he really likes you. Even something from Dom's meats! Always impressed with their selection of goods, low prices, and easy access to the ATM which is right next door.”

“Friendly family owned store that does their job for the love of the community. They have reasonable prices for chips, pop, candy, beer and wine, but the real reason you come to the store is the staff; They are beautiful people who take the time to learn your name and often times there is great banter and conversations. My favorite thing is the coffee, and I'm a typically one to drink organic, climate change friendly.”

“Even though this location is pretty inconvenient for my morning commute (turning left on a busy road...yuck), I always make sure I come here when I need a caffeine boost. The young lady who works in the morning always greets me with a "Good morning, honey" and that's honestly a better pick-me-up than anything they sell.”

“Yesterday, we were told by a pharmacy tech, at another local pharmacy, that a prescription wouldn't be ready until after 3pm today. Ordinarily, we would use CVS but because the other pharmacy has a drive through we decided we would try it for the convenience and social distancing. I showed up around 5pm today, only to be told the prescription was unavailable and would be ready tomorrow after 3pm! Admittedly, I started to go full on Karen. I composed myself and asked if the prescription could be transferred. I called CVS immediately, was informed the medicine was in stock. I was able to pick up the prescription within 15 minutes of the fax from the other local pharmacy to CVS. Thank you CVS!!!”

“Always has amazing sales! Pharmacy sometimes is off with if my order is ready but not a huge deal. It's a pharmacy, if a product doesn't go well it's not their fault so ignore some of these people purely complaining they didn't like a product!”

“Yesterday I went to get a vaccination and found it was quite busy at around 5:30pm, which is not surprising because it's a small but apparently popular store. I was amazed how the three pharmacists were juggling the customers in line, their computer screens and orders coming in that way (I assume), the phones with more orders and questions, the meds and the syringes, always trying to prioritize what needs most attention at any moment. They were extremely busy and under pressure but still managed being very patient and professional with people, which really impressed me. It looks like often folks like to complain in google reviews, so I wanted to make little effort to express my appreciation. Thank you!”

“From my experience from the front end of the store to the pharmacy the staff work really hard. Yes, they are under staffed but put everything on the line for their customers.My biggest concern is how the customers treat the employees when there's a misunderstanding, need to wait a bit longer or simply unable to help. Customer service is taken very serious here but like most customers they can get very disrespectful and take it personally when they don't like the answer they were given. The pharmacy is were I see the worst side of the customers. The pressure of getting medicine is one thing but screaming at the staff is crossing the line.As a customer and human being, please have more respect for someone who is trying to simply do their job and stop taking it personally.”
