Your Employee represents your company! Walked in today at 8/29/2024 3:47pm with my son to try the Free Day Pass. One guy behind the counter on a " Personal" phone call. Act like we interrupted him. Few people working out. No one behind us- a slow day... He finally got off the phone. We were told they do not offer Free Day Pass. But for $20 a person, we can try it out for ONE DAY! We walked out. Drove to Planet Fitness in West Springfield MA 12 minutes away. The Assistant Manager was kind enough to have us tour the gym. He offer us a free one time workout. Now, we are both joining Plant Fitness at West Springfield- NOT Westfield.

Want to go from black card back to basic? Good luck, you have to cancel and pay $60 enrollment regardless if you paid that fee the week before. Outrageous. Of course if you want to go from basic to black card.. no charge, no problem, click click it's done. Disgusting.

I have been a member for more for more than 10 years. I have brought student athletes to work out in the off season. Never had a bad experience of any kind. My workout schedule is usually 4 to 5 days per week. I am always in a better mood after my workouts and tanning

Went in person to cancel yesterday, an unfair policy in and of itself. As if in 2024 we aren't canceling everything else online, identify verification in every app, just not the planet fitness app they shove down your throat. Canceled before the next payment date and what do you know, planet fitness still charged $25.05 And what's with that nickel? Now I have to go back down there and probably get an excuse when I was assured I was canceled and wouldn't be charged. The manager was involved in the transaction, so how I expect recourse is anybody's guess
**Update*** FYI when you see responses to reviews listed here as (owner) it is entirely untrue, a flagrant misrepresentation. The response is generated click n paste style by a person contracted to monitor planet fitness social media and has no ability or authority to provide any form of recourse whatsoever. Add that to the list of lame business practices.
