Although the folks working there try, the bank itself and upper management is atrocious. After the takeover they shut down my account of 20 years cause of some minor snafu, but never tried to contact me even though they had all my contact info…. Not long will I be staying

I truly miss United Bank. This merger is a mess, I can't get access to my online banking, and have been on hold for 4 hours now, waiting for someone to help. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!

Lots of hidden fees and time consuming problems every time they merge with another bank. I can confirm customer service isn't good.
