I can honestly say it hasn’t lost a beat. Matt , the head instructor has picked up the torch where Megan ( former head trainer) has left off. The feeling and camaraderie of this gym is the best I’ve seen since my time in structured, compulsory programs. I want to go to the gym again!If you want to make changes , this is the place to go. It’s real community, that is gently guided by some of the most dynamic and impressive young people I’ve seen.”

I am new to fitness in general and was worried about crossfit to begin with. Everything is scalable to your abilities and the staff does an unbelievable job in making sure you understand the movements. I should have joined Steel Vault a long time ago.”
