“Quality product at a very reasonable price. Room was clean and the beds and pillows were great. Breakfast is hot (eggs, sausage, French toast Stix) and changes daily. Also cereal, breads, oatmeal, yogurt, and juices. It snowed and they had the Parking lot cleared that morning. The pool was open and they have a workout room plus guest laundry facilities. Plenty of power outlets in the room and bedside. Nice chair and working desk with a dedicated task light.Will stay here again when I'm back in town.Walkability: There's a nice pub with good food almost in the parking lot.”

“Awesome place to stay with family and friends friendly customer service they will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The staff is very nice from the maintenance man to all the maids and the manament great job. I will tell all our friends and family that the ESA on east main Street in westboro ma is the best place to stay for a nite or a week. It has a full kitchen and lots and lots of room great place and you have everything you need just down the street A+And it's nice and warm and clean the staff goes out of there way to make your stay comfortable ? very clean . And the maintenance here is grade A the staff takes pride in this place . Off 495 n or s Route 9 west app 3 miles on right you will see the signs for east main Street turn rite when you see the chatau sign we are your 3rd left 180 east main Street. Come on in very cozy inside and outside.it doesn't matter winter, spring, summer or fall you will love it here. And like I said the staff here is. Great. All you need is one mile down the road from stop and shop to any restaurant you choose so come on in and stay and ask for Tony or Andrew,Evan,they will HELP you get what,ever you may need so come on over. Guests are very friendly and there is a handful of us that live here and we will help if you have any questions or need directions to some place.Managment very strict when it comes to Smoking any thing in the rooms and it's not right for others around you in the hotel to have to smell it weed or cigarettes. Then there is a fine from the hotel and go outside to your car or were smoking area's out front or out back. There are first responders staying at the hotel and nurses stay here to during the pandemic so some sleep during the day and others at night so be kind to the people around you . No tolerance at all any kind of parties drugs of any kind . We been here for a year we are Disabled we like it here staff I can't say anymore they will help you what ever your needs are.the 5 people who run this tight ship are wonderful they are Tony, Evan, Andrew, Nelon, and Steve, Diane they have proven them selves over and over it's always clean covid ready for you to relax and stay safe and stay a while.now we have people who live here and have taken over the back porch they are rude and when you walk by them they talk about you. They come down at 630 am and go back to their room 11pm or sit in the living room and get in the way of other quests. They invite people they know . It's gotten out of control know on else can sit out there it's there spot no one will take care of this . Pot smoking in and outside rite out side the crap smells you have to shut your windows. I'm sorry for anyone who stayed here and had to deal with this nonsense. It was a good place to stay. I can't say why people come here and do the wrong things and the police coming here all the time but they have a job to do also yes they are short staffed.yes it's has gotten out of hand. I treat this place like it's my home can't stress enough that when someone cleans the parking lot or clean the doors Handel's ,glass the carts I use bleach and water on all doors Handel's carts I live here and a lot other people. You would think that someone can say can I help you no one but they live here and think they own it .slobs not all of them but they know who they are.But life goes on still waiting for housing to call.i like some of the people who works here tony Evan Diane they are short staffed I try to help them like vaccum the halls or clean the sitting room but that is for gessts some of the people whom live here live in it they are the messyest people don't wAnt to see there roomsNoteworthy details: As you know that MA has a high volume of migrants there are about 60 migrants living in the hotel and about half are not nice people. Another about this hotel there is one maintenance man very nice great personality he tries to get things done So I will support him and ask what can I help you with. I pick up out side”
