“Pool - The pool water was cloudy and a few days later my daughter got sick. The water was freezing cold, and when I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they seem confused and did not know what to do. I asked if they could contact maintenance but they didn’t. The surface around the pool was slippery with chipping, paint and holes. One child with me fell and skinned her knee.Guests- At the pool were incredibly rude. They were smoking pot right in front of the other children which made the entire pool area stink.I was too horrified to even use the room so we left after using the pool.”
“Nice rooms, but the gem here, and the reason I enjoyed my stay so much, was because the staff were so kind, helpful, and made me feel incredibly welcome. I appreciate them so much. Marriott- give all of these people a raise!! They deserve it.”
