“I went to the ATT Store in West Springfield. Gabe was amazing to work with to upgrade my phone. He was informative, knowledgeable and respectful. He didn't push me or try to get me to buy more stuff when I indicated I didn't want to. He was easy to talk to and explained all the tech stuff I didn't understand. ATT has an asset with Gabe, I hope they treat him well.”
“We have had three new buildings, two building expansions and numerous renovations at three other buildings performed by Precision Communications over the last five years. All the workers are professional, reliable and responsive to our requests. They work great with our employees and other building contractors. Have had unshielded and shielded twisted pair and both indoor and outdoor fiber installed. Have never gone wrong with Precision Communications.”
“I had an appointment today with this store location. Manager, Scott, greeted me at the door, and confirmed my appt. I had to switch phones and do a trade-in (ordered new phone online prior). Scott helped with everything!! He explained all the process in detail; set up my new phone; transferred my data/info; and did the trade in process. Scott was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organized. I will definitely recommend this location! Thanks Scott for everything. I give you 100 stars!”
“A kind young man, Jay Santiago, helped me so much today in the West Springfield store I could not believe it. Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”
