“I cannot say enough positive things about Bill’s Garage. Even though I have moved out of the neighborhood, I’ll always make the trek back to the waterfront for repairs or inspections. They are honest, experts in car repair and don’t try to take advantage of their customers (especially young women!). They took a look at a car I was considering purchasing for no charge, as I was a previous customer. I wish google had 6 stars.”

“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I will be returning if my car needs other repairs in the future as I know my car was in great hands!”

“They diagnosed and resolved water leaking from blocked sunroof drains into the driver's side compartment. The water was disabling the electronics responsible for some safety aids and creating a wet (or iced-up) interior some mornings. Rob & Team worked quickly to identify the root cause and to provide a realistic estimate of the cost and time needed. I'll be bringing all my auto work here.”

“I drove to Norwood, Mass from New York recently to visit family. While there I had a flat tire and on the recommendation from my son in law, I made an appointment with Hogan Tire & Auto to inspect the tire and possible repair. Happy to say they were able to repair it and I was able to drive home with no problems. I was very impressed with the employee who greeted me and his very efficient and professional manner. I was also impressed with the facility especially its cleanliness and the nice waiting room. I had a great first time experience with them from the online appt. to the final result and highly recommend them.”

“I bought 4 tires for my VW Passat here 2-3 years ago. I've been very happy with the tires but recently one got a nail in it and another developed a slight leak from normal usage. I tried twice to have them repaired at Town Fair Tire and was turned away both times. So, I called up Pete's and told them what was wrong. Not only did they take me the same day, they did the work for free. I should have gone to them in the first place, would have saved myself time and aggravation. I strongly recommend buying your next set of tires from Pete's and having them do any maintenance. In my experience, their prices are fair and customer service is solid.”

“Oscar provided excellent customer service. Great down to earth guy. Explained everything completely. Answered all of my questions without getting annoyed. I came in for tires but there was an issue with my blinker that I asked about & he had it looked at & told me my options. I appreciate having options & not just being told I have 1 option to fix something. Not once did I feel pressured into a service I didn't want. As a female this happens a lot with auto places. Definitely recommend”
