“I came in to the Dealership at the end of the day, had a few questions about my vehicle. My service advisor wasn’t available. Higor was very busy with his customers and work. He found the time for me, answer to all of my questions, explain everything in details. I didn’t have an appointment that day, it was getting late, he help me to get one. The front brakes, rotors and sensors were replaced, it was very important cuz it was Not safe to drive. He stayed late until work on my vehicle was complete. In my opinion, this shop provides the quickest, most orderly service compared to all their competitors in the Dorchester, Roxbury, and Mattapan area.They will have you in and out in no time. “This is a really solid place I’ve been here three times over the years. When something needs to be replaced they have shown me or sent photographs and explained exactly why. There are times when I come in and they say oh this doesn’t need to be done that does need to be done but they’re very clear on what and why. I always look up prices before I say yes to some thing and what they charge is always spot on, and always reasonably priced, everybody’s nice everybody’s courteous.
