The coaches are true professionals (and fun people) who understand that everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. (and located on a lovely park/water space) The programing is fantastic, allowing for appropriate scaling when needed/wanted. The community is AMAZING, have found great friends here both in and outside the gym. There are community events and fundraisers very regularly that not only build the gym community but also support meaningful impact. Have loved this gym and community and sad to move away from it.”

Worked with coaches Alayna and Jack. Both couldn’t be more friendly and attentive to the athletes/community. Witnessed them assist adapt the workouts for newer athletes as well as critique the more seasoned gym-goers. CFN also has a very welcoming community which always enhances the overall fitness experience. Plenty of room, clean facility, and amazing people. Would strongly recommend for anyone living in the area looking for fun yet challenging workouts or dropping in for a couple of days. Thanks for having me, I’ll be back.”
