Unbelievably understanding, and empathetic for my baby girl Luna. She was unfortunately attacked by another pitbull. She was lovingly taken care of and comfortable while she was there. They have called several times just to check in on Luna.

We recently had our first appointment for our 7-year old lab mix. The facility is spacious and clean. The doctor and her staff were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about our dog’s condition. This made a potentially stressful situation much easier to deal with. I feel confident about our choice to bring our pet here.

Kind, caring, loving… I don’t have enough words to express how amazing they were. Our Molly was suffering with cancer, couldn’t eat and walking was hard. They helped us make the right decision to stop her pain and suffering and they made it so caring and loving for us. We stayed with her until she crossed the rainbow ? bridge. For a tough situation they made it perfect for us to say our good byes

Great staff very nice they took very good care of my furbaby. They called the next day and checked on him told me any issues or questions just to give them a call. I recommend them great experience

We received great care when referred to New England Animal Medical Center. Dr. Lamb reviewed test results and advised next steps to help our senior dog. She contacted us right away about his new test results and encouraged any questions we had. I’m glad our BFF is in their care. Much appreciated.

Beought my french bulldog in last week. They were so kind and helpful and told me how kuch they love bully breeds. The best emergency vet around. The staff were all kind, helpful, and educated. They saw me and my pup right away.

Dr. Townsend was very good, took his time explaining the surgery our pip needs and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions. We feel very comfortable leaving the care of our pup with him and his staff. All staff were welcoming and pleasant.
