Dr. Townsend and their staff were warm and gentle with my big boy. Apollo was quickly out at ease. The doc clearly explained everything that was going on with him, the treatment plan, and expectations. I’m so pleased he is getting cared for at NEAMC.

This is our second time at New England animal Medical Center, and we are very pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency. Dr. Townsend has a wonderful dog side manner.
