These guys know their paperwork, all worked out. Would be 5 stars if LTV of loan was less. I did get 4 new tires, 4 new drum brake rotors and pads, and new oil change - checked the dipstick. He offered some solutions, took immediate steps to mitigate things on his end, and made me an appointment at a garage closer to me. The garage resolved the main problem in an hour and Jamie covered the cost. He was professional, responsive, and understanding. He did right by me.”
