“Was looking desperate for a good mechanic in my area since my mechanic and two other ones he referred me to couldn’t figure out what was going on with my Mercedes.After doing some homework and reading the reviews I decided to bring it to Andoni. Which I need to say that was great communicating with him. He was very polite and kind. After I left the car there for few days he than called me saying that the car was fixed. I was just amazed and can’t thank them enough for everything they did. Definitely worth every single dollar that I paid them. Would never bring my car to a dealer as long as this guys will keep working with this much dignity and care. “Ed, the owner was such a great person to deal with. After I told him about my previous experience with another dealership he assured me, Mill Street Motors was not like “other” dealerships. Boy, was he right! This is the nicest used truck (only 6 years old) I’ve ever bought! I live about 45min-1 hour away, and when I called Ed about an issue I had while away on vaca for Labor Day weekend, he said right away he would reimburse me for whatever it costs. “Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!”

He took care of me like family and there were no hassles, no games, no surprises, and NO PRESSURE in any way during the entire process. He has a ton of integrity when it comes to how he treats his customers and about standing behind the quality of his cars - he did work to the car before I bought it, and even after I paid for it he put in a new battery for free the week before I came to pick it up when he noticed it was being problematic. He also went above and beyond to get all the paperwork needed for my bank when they were being difficult which was a huge help to me as well.
