Moth, Adam, Angel, (the tall man with a beard, sorry I don’t know his name) They go above and beyond their job description and treat customers as if they were the owners of CVS. Congratulations to CVS manager for hiring and training your employees how to be polite and caring.”
“Not to start this review with negativity, but I usually don't shop at CVS I've had numerous bad experiences ....but perhaps my luck has changed? I was driving by this location and decided to stop in. I noticed right away that the store looks good and I wasn't accosted with the robo ," Hi, how are you? Let me know if you need any help" I also found it a relief that I wasn't followed around which I've experienced at other locations. So I browsed some, picked out what I needed and went to the front. The wait wasn't terribly long with only 1 person ahead of me. The customer service representative was very nice and assisted me with my coupons and questions, making the transaction flawless. I wish I lived closer to this location. I would definitely shop here again.”
“The new and improved automated system is a disaster ! You cannot call in a prescription. The price of progress: hurry up and wait. They have a wonderful staff at this location and are very helpful and busy ! They do not need to be burdened with this phone issue !”
