“I am always impressed by the efficiency, knowledge, and patience shown by the staff at Boulevard Coumponding Center. Kal, Stephanie, Lynne and Ali, ( hoping I included all) are always very accommodating, regardless of my many questions and issues. They are professional, while retaining a sense of humor, and if needed, concern, with each patron with whom they interact. For a small fee, compounded items have been mailed to my residence when my timing hasn't allowed me to visit the pharmacy during their business hours. Despite some minor disabilities, I've been treated with respect and dignity. During any phone calls I've placed, if they need to put the call "on hold", they're quite apologetic. Overall, I'm grateful for their kindness and dedication to their profession. They prepare medication for me, as well as my dog, and ask about her often. A refreshing change from chain pharmacies!”

They actually call you when it's important and sound genuinely since. It's kinda nice to go to a pharmacy and be treated amicably straight off that bat when you're stressed out or sick. Not to mention I just had an issue with my insurance and they gave me all this information and help about what I could do if it was an emergency, where I could go and numbers to call, what to ask for etc. A lot of places will seem annoyed but the person that helped was really nice.”

“Once a month I fill 5-10 meds all at once for my Mother. I have NEVER had a hard time and everyone there is really nice and pleasant to deal with even during COVID. When COVID first started they did curbside pickup so I didn't even have to get out of the car to get the RX's. My only suggestion/complaint is this pharmacy and the one at the University Campus both have blue metal boxes for people to dispose of old meds. I think those should be switched to the yellow boxes like they have at Family Health Center and the Edward Kennedy Center in Great Brook Valley so people can dispose of their used sharps. There aren't many places that will take your used sharps. Other than that these people are great! And with Health Safety Net I pay next to nothing as opposed to CVS which is much more expensive under my insurance.”

“My Dr office sent script to old pharmacy hours away. I kept expecting it to be filled. My & My Dr mistake. Always answered phone, extreemly polite, wonderful group of pharmacist. I tried to be cool but waited a week for my Dr to figure out why my pills weren't at walgreens, Worcester, they were at bi y spencer lol. Now it's funny not then waiting on pain medicine. P s Scott toilet tissue 50c prices are great too.”
“This Walgreens is a good place to go for your pharmacy and home needs and desires. Operating a pharmacy isn't always smooth and easy because of all the legal restrictions and constraints, but this place does a good job if you meet them halfway and do your part to alleviate processes as much as possible. “This location is super empty late at night, plus every time we've gone it's just really clean. The check out experience has been really great as well. The last time we went there the lady gave us a ton of paper bags and scanned a bunch of coupons without us even asking her. I wish I got her name, she was so nice. If you ever need to meal prep or feel like donating to a food bank etc the weekly advert has amazing deals. So look into that.”
