“I won't bring my car anywhere else. I brought my 10-year-old SUV in to have the lightbulbs in my headlights replaced. They hadn't been replaced before, and the caps wouldn't come off. The mechanic spent quite a while in the hot sun carefully loosening the caps using a screwdriver and lubricant until finally they popped off. Even after all that work and a number of jabs to his hand, they refused to take any money from me. The only other time I'd been to this garage was to have my car inspected a few months before. Even though they didn't know me, they took care of me in a way that I never would've expected. They earned my loyalty a thousand times over that day. Plus, I've since asked friends about this garage and have heard only positive reviews about the quality of their work, their honesty, and their fair prices. I will never bring my car anywhere else!”

“I was recommended here for the tailgate on my truck which would close but not latch properly and recently wouldn’t latch. Nelson took the tailgate apart and got to the root of the problem and the tailgate now works better then at any point since I bought the truck 5 years ago!! I was blown away by what a great and honest guy he is and I would highly recommend!”

“I came to visit my parents for the weekend and noticed an issue with my brakes. So I took a day off work and called Midas in the morning asking if they’d be available to do a brake replacement and oil change by the end of the day, knowing odds weren’t great. The service manager, Adam, was an unbelievably helpful person. He told me if I brought in, he would get it done by the end of the day. Well, turns out I needed brake calipers too. And Adam and the amazing team over at Midas Hyannis still managed to make sure my car was fixed and I was able to return home that night.
A totally and wholly satisfying experience, would return, will recommend to others.”
“Late on a Friday night, the check engine light on my new Volvo popped up while traveling on Cape Cod. Although everything seemed fine; it was disconcerting to stare at that orange light. I gave Volve Cars Cape Cod Service a call on Saturday morning. After explaining the issue to a very helpful Andrea, I was told to bring it in, and they would see what they could do. The technician determined that the software required updating and wrapped it up in no time. Back on the road with no light; I could not be happier. “Cape cars is easily the best car spot on cape cod. I had a decrepit old 2005 Toyota that was falling from the seams and i told Peter i needed something nice, reliable and somewhat newer of a car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Within a week he called me up and said i gotta check out this car and it was absolutely perfect. 2011 Honda with all the gizmos and gadgets i was looking for, and he even helped me get rid of my old car because I’ve never had to get rid of one before and i was overwhelmed with the process. After i told him a few days later he called me again to check in and asked how the car was doing and how i liked it then he proved to tell me he had cash for me from my old car, Peter Is a great business man and a great guy i seriously recommend this place If u need a car/ need to get one off your hands…he’ll take great care of you”

“Deciding whether or not to keep an older car was made easier many years ago when I spotted in a parking lot a vehicle same make and vintage as mine. I cornered the owner and asked her where she got service. That’s when I learned about Moore’s.Brad and his team get it. Professional. No nonsense. “My mom has taken her Prius to four other places on the Cape to get worked on and has gotten ripped off every time. I decided to call this place and drop it off for her to get some ignition coils and spark plugs. They were reasonably priced, and the car was done 2 hours after I dropped it off. And they didn't hold her car hostage and say 15 other things needed to be replaced. Crazy huh? Nice guys too, definitely recommend.”

“My friends husband suffered a traumatic brain injury early august and has been in neuro ICU in Boston ever since with several complications. She rarely gets back to the cape as she's at the hospital 14+ hours a day. Today she made it back and needed to get her husbands "check engine" light looked at. She called yanis and explained that she needed diagnostics and wasn't sure when she could get back to the cape. He got her right in, did the diagnostics and fixed it but would not take a payment. This is a quality business with kind compassionate people. I highly Recommend!”

“When my dashboard lit up like Christmas on my way home from work I drove to Sullivan Tire in Sandwich since my gps said it was less than 1/4 mile away.It was late so I left my car since it was not driveable. It was pouring rain and dark and I have PTSD and not having my vehicle makes me feel trapped and anxious. The female that helped me explained everything to me and she called me a Lyft. She called me first thing in the morning as promised and again explained the best repair process going forward.She pretty much kept me from having a panic attack and I can’t describe how completely calming that felt.I can not express enough how grateful I am for her help. In this day and age this type of compassion and help is unheard of but Sullivan and its employee have far exceeded 5 stars.”
“The sales experience was amazing. Our salesperson was detailed, responded to our questions and delivered the car at almost the agreed time, as there were issues with the DMV system being down. I would say if purchasing an EV, there are some snags with the free charging service from ElectrifyAmerica. The dealership, in general was not clear on the process, and I ended up calling Volvo direct and getting it resolved directly.”
