Recently, my Audi had a horn malfunction, they gave me a new car to use for several days.The service waiting area is clean and there have been times where I have got some work done while drinking a coffee.I think in this particular case, you get what you pay for. “My friends husband suffered a traumatic brain injury early august and has been in neuro ICU in Boston ever since with several complications. She rarely gets back to the cape as she's at the hospital 14+ hours a day. Today she made it back and needed to get her husbands "check engine" light looked at. She called yanis and explained that she needed diagnostics and wasn't sure when she could get back to the cape. He got her right in, did the diagnostics and fixed it but would not take a payment. This is a quality business with kind compassionate people. I highly Recommend!”
“My car broke down in Cape Cod Mall with an engine coolant overheating warning on a Saturday night (turned out to be a fuse problem, but that was later!) and I had to be towed back to Chatham for service. Definitely dismayed and frustrated, Mark from Ziggy’s expertly attached the tow, and later carefully parked the car in Chatham for service all the while maintaining a truly cheerful and upbeat demeanor for me because none of these events were in my plan! Claudio checked things out, reset the computer, did a test drive, and solved the problem for $35. It's been 8 weeks and there have been no further problems. I recommend them.
