“We needed to get a rush on a passport renewal. Robin was so helpful! She provided guidance and patiently walked us through each step. Thank you, Robin, your customer service skills made this a great experience and put our minds at ease.”

245 Maple St, Lynn“The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”
“Great service, professional staff and always on time. My dad had a tailor shop for many years in Swampscott, MA and always used their service. Thank you everyone and be safe these overwhelming times for all.”

41 S Main St, Middleton“I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”
“As a postal worker of 40 years in Ireland I have to give this building 5 stars as it's one of the most impressive postal buildings I've seen in all my travels. You'd think I'd stay away from work on my holidays. Lol.”
“I have used Beverly Post Office for 40 years. I've always been impressed with the Customer Service at this one. They go out of their way to help, ask if you need anything else.”
“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

51 Willow St, Lynn“Maple street with Pat was 5 star, She never blabbed with every customer. If someone ask a question she moved them out of the way and serviced the next person while answering. She was the best, and so were those that worked with her. The worst is the one at Market Basket and the Main Willow street. I would go to Saugus sometimes so I would not have to wait. For some reason they never seem to get any decent window coverage. God Pat is missed as Maple street is now going in the direction of the worst as they throw new people without real training.”
“Was waiting for a package. Called and Anthony P. (only asked for the first initisal of his last name) ansered the phone. Gave him the tracking number. He said he would call me back when he found it, he did, He looked it up and was able to tell me when it would come. All I can say his help was most appreicated,”
“Today I got my passport for the first time. Between the snow and going to the wrong location. I surely thought I was going to have to reschedule. However Bob was very helpful and made it happen. Thank you!”

“This is what a post office is supposed to be. Nice, and helpful employees, clean place, lines move quickly even during holidays. My go to post office in the area. 180 degrees different than the office in downtown Beverly.”
