“Wonderful customer service. The mail carrier, Jose, doubled back at the end of his route to deliver a package for my daughter when it was realized that it had been marked for the incorrect route. To go that extra distance (literally and figuratively) to deliver a package for a girl on her birthday really restores a little bit of faith back in humanity for me.
