“Far enough away from Boston City center to be relaxing. When going to any part of Boston City or airport it is only about 35 minutes away. Even though it may be 12 mi. It is right off the 95 and has other routes available without tolls.”

“The water in this hotel (room that we stayed) was so dry, I couldn’t wash my hands. They have every good shampoo and vanity products but water ;(. The pool is fantastic. The mattress and pillows are firm and keeping your back in a good shape. The breakfast is both various and sufficient. Recommend, hopefully they will install a water filter or change the water quality.CLose to all sightseeing”

“Very demure. The room is super tidy and clean.
The bed itself it’s very comfortable and I have a good sleep. Very quiet
We arrived around 12 in the midnight, there is no front desk. But the check in is pretty smooth”

“My stay at the Westin Waltham Boston was perfect! The employees, specifically Elizabeth at breakfast and Willy at the front desk, were over-the-top kind and helpful. My room was so comfortable and cozy, and I really enjoyed all the choices I got with the free breakfast voucher. Moreover, it is pet-friendly (without any additional fee!). I didn’t want to leave.”

“I loved this place! The room I booked had all of the daily necessities. We had bowls, utensils, soaps, towels etc.this place has a backyard with a fireplace, chairs, a small area to play mini golf(only 1 level though), a pool and a changing station with towels.

Rooms: The rooms are nice, with all the necessities you will need. Nice beds and view.

Nearby activities: There is a pool and a golf section.

Food & drinks: The breakfast is free however lunches and dinners aren’t free. They have scrambled eggs, waffles/pancakes, sausages, toast, hash brown, bacon and toast. They also have milk, apple/orange juice, water, coffee and tea.”

“Rooms: Big rooms with 2 beds. Comfortable beds and pillows. Shower is tricky to operate. Ask how when you check in.

Safety: The area and hotel felt very safe.

Food & drinks: Typical Best Western breakfast food. Good but not great. Eggs, pancakes, etc. Cereals. Morning juices.”

“Manager Katie and her staff I’m familiar with knowing there are more (Amanda Julius Ana to name a few) have been nothing short of amazing and very hospitable.

In my current life transition, it’s comforting to know I have a place to walk into seeing familiar faces which provides needed comfort.

I recommend Extended Stay America Not just for hotel accommodations, but truly for the staff your organization hired.

I’m pleased to call extended stay 52 4th Ave., Waltham, MA my temporary home away from home .

Well done!

Frederick Brewer

Safety: I do frequently see Waltham patrol officers, making sure that the grounds are safe for any “Riff Raff” and the overall safety and well-being of Extended StayAmerica short-term residents.

Noteworthy details: Every time I need something for the room like a toaster dishes, pots pans anything within their means on site, Julius is wonderful and helping me obtain these items”

“I chose this hotel as the hotels in downtown Boston were all priced above my corporate limit and I only stay at Hilton based properties. The staff was very nice at check in and when I talked to them during the stay.

Sure the hotel is a little dated, but my room was clean with no issues. The breakfast was typical of an Embassy Suites.

If I am in the area again I would stay here. My only complaint would be that they charge for parking and have a lot that I can't imagine would ever get filled up.”
