“Ever wondered what it would be like to try to sleep in the middle of an active highway? Well look no further than the Four Points! You’ll hear cars racing by, tractor trailers exhaust breaking, back firing, and tires screeching ALL NIGHT LONG. I stayed on the top floor and even so, my bed might as well have been on the infield of the Indy 500.The rooms include a pull down shade but no curtains, so light comes blazing in as soon as the sun comes up. The toilet in my room was constantly running every 3 minutes too.Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You will not sleep!”

“It's definitely worth the price and stay. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with AC in the first room. After trying to fix it, they graciously changed my room. I was so thrilled I was moved to the 12th floor.I can not begin to express how outstanding, amazing, tasty, and an excellent variety of food they had for the morning breakfast. It's like having brunch every morning. The host/ hostess was so kind, helpful, and lovely. The coffee was smooth. Lived the variety of juice. Loved that they allow guest to get to breakfast. It ended at 1030am.This was my first time staying here. Next time I'm going to book through the hotel. Instead of 3rd party. I'd have loved to get points for my six nights. Definitely will be looking for th Marriott Bonvoy going forward when I travel. I need to look up a list of hotels. The young lady, Getta,, at the front desk sealed my hotel experience. WOW, she needs a promotion. She always checked in to make sure everything was great. PLUS, it was so awesome to come back to a clean room. Most hotels have rules on cleaning. The cleaning staff were off the chain, GREAT, KIND, AND EXCELLANT CLEANERS.Don't forget to try Four Points Sheraton Boston Newton, restaurant in the hotel. Yes, amazing food.If I could give a 10, I'd. My son passed, and I'm trying to stay positive and live. So, I decided to stay at first class motel to give myself self-care. Truthfully, the room and sleeping in that wonderful bed allowed me to sleep very deeply.Thank you,Love, peace, and regardsChaplain, BellaRooms: Rooms for queenWalkability: Some storesNoteworthy details: Excellent buffett”

Rooms and common areas are very clean and well kept.Rooms: Modern remodel kept the feel of the motel but the modern remodel is very successful.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Fenway Park and the T.Noteworthy details: Music themed remodel with lots of details.”

“We love the Four Seasons! We had one of our first dates at the former Bristol Lounge, then got engaged on Valentines Day at the Four Seasons, and came back here to get married in May 2023. We had a delicious meal in the new Coterie restaurant for an intimate family wedding gathering. We will likely stay at the Four Seasons to celebrate many anniversaries to come”

“Place was cute, room was extremely tiny and could barely move around without honestly walking into each other. Let alone the $200 hold that they still haven’t given back. I can’t understand the issue. I’ve called multiple times and they said they released it. At this point it’s been a month and I just kept being told I need to drive and hour to go back for a piece of paper. They won’t send it through mail or email it. That area is a no parking area so I’d have to pay for a garage just for that and it’s not like I need to be down there again. It’s cute but I honestly wouldn’t go back.”

“Our toilet was running about every 3 minutes. The handles were installed wrong and you had to turn them 280 degrees to get the water to turn on and they were loose - which became difficult to turn water on at the sink because it ran into the wall and we’d have to lift it out of the socket just to get water. The light above the sink also was dangling. I told the front desk this, but maintenance had just left, so he sent housekeeping upstairs (who claimed it had all been fixed). It had not. No room exchange was offered. No points back (I’m Gold) offered either. So we turned off the toilet at the wall/water source and used the shower to brush our teeth and wash our hands A room like that shouldn’t have ever been let out- housekeeping should have noticed at turn over (and maybe they did! The hotel was full bc of a Bruins game). Simple fixes on hotels part, but a REAL obnoxious element to our stay. The bed was comfortable and pillows just fine. I liked the noise machine touch. I’m normally not a noise machine person but we used it. We were in room 501 and high enough up to not have issues with street noise or the sadness of Bruins fans on the night of a tough OT loss ?We had a late night drinks at the bar and had nice chats with the bartender. Which turned into some quick bites. All nice.We stay at a lot of IHG hotels. Just recently we stayed at the Indigo in St Louis (truly awful neglect on management part and doing a disservice to the brand) and Waco (excellent hotel all around). The hotel staff was excellent and available and informative without being overwhelming.Location is as good as it gets. Ubers were easy to grab over to the airport and over to Cambridge. Otherwise we walked or took the T.”

“Everything was exquisite! From check in to check out, and everything in between was amazing! Adam (concierge) went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I am an AGM and I’ve been in the hotel industry for 17 years and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be back!”

It offers spacious rooms, smart TV's (in the Brook House space), breakout rooms, meeting supplies and so much more. The staff is very professional with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs. “I loved our stay at the Revolution Hotel! The rates are great, the place was clean, charmingly decorated, the location was perfect to walk right into the city, and had beautiful views. My biggest note is to double check when you book if you’re having a “shared” bathroom. They’re very clean and private, but worth noting if you’re someone who needs to use the bathroom in the night. The rooms are snug but cute! Perfect for snuggling up and watching a snowstorm over the city.Rooms: Cozy! Small but the exact right size for a night in BostonSafety: Very safe and clean area!Walkability: Super close to the city! Maybe a mile walk from ChinatownNoteworthy details: The bathrooms can be shared. Make sure you double check when you book! They’re very clean, lovely facilities, but I didn’t expect it when I booked and would hate for anyone with mobility issues or bathroom struggles to be caught off guard.”

“We love the Kimpton Hotels, first it is dog friendly and they don't charge a fee for pets. They have bowls and treats available and pet care services. Next is their 5-6 pm free wine. A nice time to spend some time with friends or get to meet new ones, our dog certainly did .This particular Kimpton has a nice art installation at the entrance of the hotel, a nice armillary. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We've never had a bad experience at the Kimpton (this is our 3rd Kimpton).”

“We were in town for college auditions and had a wonderful stay at The Colonnade. Every employee we interacted with provided exceptional service. We had a lovely room with a great view, comfortable beds and pillows and a convenient location within walking distance the majority of our stay.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect place! Great location, nice staffs and affordable.I took one star off because the cleaning lady didn’t come to my room once while I was staying there, but it probably because my room was a little “out of the way”.Overall it is a great place and I would stay again when I’m in Boston!”

“Stayed there one night while we were in town for blue man group show and instead of driving an hour home we stayed in Boston. This place was better than expected. The valet was over the top friendly, nice and welcoming. The check in was easy and hassle free and the male employee checking us in was super nice. When we got back to the hotel after the show the room next to us there seemed to be a domestic situation and we called down to the front desk which resulted in security or whoever I didn’t see responding to that room within minutes and there was no other issues for the rest of the night. Room was clean and decent sized. Requesting our vehicle from valet was super easy and check out was smooth the following day.Thought the hotel was priced reasonably although, I can’t provide comparison to nearby hotels since this is the first hotel that came up when googled it. I liked the reviews and the price so I booked it. Next time we venture into Boston and decide to stay the night we definitely will stay here again.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Temperature was perfect when we walked in. Wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just the shower.Food & drinks: Fire and ice restaurant was 5 min walking distance from hotel.”

“Wifi didn't work the entire time for us, front desk said "it's not their job" to fix it or offer a discount because of the problem. Stay away from here. Also the sheets had some weird marks and if you're on the first floor, the noise from across the street is very loud until around midnight.”

“Family stayed here while visiting us and loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable and really enjoyed their stay-- one family member has mobility issues, and the staff made sure to give us a room close to the elevator which was wonderful! We also loved that there are no artificial scents or diffusers. The air was clean, and it was easy to breathe. That is so hard to find these days, and it was VERY appreciated.”

“I only spent 1 night, but my room was spacious with a kitchen, sofa, and comfy queen bed. The bathroom was huge! Everything was immaculate. Breakfast the next day was everything you needed with service with a smile&some banter. Front desk ladies gave us a list of walkable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was paying $39 for parking as the garage is not enclosed. But can't complain about anything elseWalkability: Tons of shops/restaurants nearby on foot!Food & drinks: A handful of different places to choose from”

“Could not believe the value for the price. Great decor. Friendly staff. We were welcomed with a glass of glass/rosé! The suite was the same price as a regular room so we went with that. Very spacious, with two Queen beds and a little “living room” area (open concept). The restaurant was lovely and everything we ate and drank was delicious! The only down, which is why I’m giving the rooms 4 stars is because the clock was disconnected and when I went to try to plug it in I found that the space behind the night table was SUPER dusty and had some fallen items back there like a hair elastic. Other than that though, in the more viable areas it did seem clean. Would stay here again!”

“Stayed here for one night before my procedure at Brigham. We stayed in room 39 on the 3rd floor. Quaint room with a very comfy queen bed. In-room bath was really nice. We stayed on a Friday and it was quite. Nice community kitchen and livingroom. Room and Inn are very clean and well maintained. Strong free wifi and free off street parking. No elevator but the steps are not steep. Not much in the way of toiletries but we always bring our own. Would definitely stay here again.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants near by.”

“I was warmly greeted when I came in. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I was impressed with the room that I got with a king size bed all for about $100 through Expedia. I would definitely recommend someone come while in town. It's accessibility from the highway was good. Had a nice free breakfast selection overall had a nice time here because the room was upgraded and comfortable to stay in unfortunately the only thing that was lacking in the room was a safe room. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and a Keurig machine. It also had a large wardrobe closet, with an ironing board and iron. “The aesthetic of the hotel from the restaurant to the lobby to the rooms was beautiful! It is located near a little shopping area and you can walk on over across the street for breakfast/coffee in the morning and one of the other yummy restaurants at night! Lastly, the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The valet, the two beautiful ladies at the front desk, etc; every interaction I had was top knotch, professional, and sweet. “I’m only rating the Inn by my visit not stay. My aunt stayed there the night before her wedding. I visited as I helped her get ready for her big day, and the family took pictures outside. What I experienced was brief but still, I got to see how nice the room was especially the bathroom. The service seemed efficient however, the location not so much at a very busy intersection. I wasn’t too crazy about the huge US flag on the wall but I must say the room is clean and comfortable.”

“I have very fond memories of this place. My father started off as a dishwasher & became 3rd chef. On Saturdays, he'd take me along so that we could fish together after work at the little creek behind the club, the one with the bridge, catching sunfish & large-mouth bass. The themed parties for the kids were also very well-organized & fun, I remember every single one that I went to.”

“Amazing place! Didn't stay the night but their food was excellent especially the poutine. The inside is beautifully decorated and really gives you the feeling of a haunted colonial house. We checked out the infamous rooms 24 and 27. Nothing strange happened at room 24 so we headed down to room 27 where at first everything was normal, but when we left to move down the hallway through the two push doors, we were very caught off guard when the second door slammed shut behind us to its original place. (keep in mind these doors shut very slowly and swing on both sides) We were thinking about telling an employee but just decided that there probably wasn't any point at the time. We will be returning soon for dinner and to possibly stay there for an investigation. Overall a great place and a really fun haunted atmosphere!”
