Carol was extremely helpful with dealing with my insurance / getting the checks / payments sent directly to them rather than having me as the middle man. Joe was super helpful in getting the estimate updating / doing the legwork with insurance / their appraiser. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car as well as the work they did dealing with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. “I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothersDid the job right the first time and it did take them more time than I thought But,they had exceeded all my expectations.Thank you boys.Rich”

“They took the time out of their week, to fix my semi when they could have said no. They even got it fixed being short staffed that week. I gotta say I'm impressed with the service that was delivered. They did a good job fixing it so that I could make it back to Wisconsin. Only thing that was kind of irritating, was the parking lot is only meant for straight trucks and bobtail trucks. You can swing around the back to drop your trailer, before service, but expect a 30 point turn to get enough swing to get out of the back parking area.”
