I was pre-approved for a mortgage here. When we found a house we wanted to buy, I wanted to then get started on formal approval. I wrote and called multiple times, leaving voicemails and e-mails for the broker we had worked with. I never heard back and we eventually had to go to another lender. Don't waste your time.
