“i purchase an item at auction and was very concerned with the safe delivery of the object. the auction house highly recommended this UPS store and i called them to inquire about shipping the object cross country. I spoke to Mary the owner of the store and i couldn't have been more satisfied on every level. she assured me that she would personally pack and ship the item and we discussed the packing of the object to ensure its safety. the package arrived safe and sound and i have to say that very rarely do you meet someone who takes the time and concern to do a wonderful job. “I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”

“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”
