“JAMBO Awesome Crew in Danvers. 5 STARS. Friendly, helpful, and great team work. First review I've ever done, because these employees were all excellent. Surprising today to get people to go out of their way to help customers especially me I'm technically challenged. I had 4 different training manuals printed and spiral bound and the staff worked well together to help me. My phone was not transferring two files so they used usb to send the flies from my computer. Heres the RAVING FAN review. I got in my car today when I went to pick them up I was so excited to get a first peak at them and one of them was backwards. I went into the store and immediately I was attended to & a new one was bound in minutes with an apology. Things go wrong there were 2 cover pages easy mistake, but when you have a team of employees who care to get it right & treat customers right it warrants A 5 STAR REVIEW. Thank you to the Staples Danvers Store Printing Team. I am a happy customer. Hope Staples management team reads this, because these guys deserve recognition it's rare to have a group work so seamlessly well together. I worked with four different people over two days all helped each other out no customers were waiting. Amazing team spirit!
