They are one of the few independent shops in the area that have a high end Hunter road force balancing equipment and do a terrific job diagnosing and solving tire/wheel issues. Person at the front desk is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he patiently listened to my concerns, and then provided a detailed explanation of the performed work and any concerns. Pricing was very reasonable. The shop is clean and tidy, which also indicates care, quality and attention to detail. Incredible service all around!”

“I am so glad I found this place. I don’t like going to the large dealerships to get maintenance on my car so I called Hometown auto and had a great experience. They were very respectful. The job was done quickly and it was nowhere near the price I had been paying at other places. In addition I had, experienced driving through floodwater about two months ago and called them to find out if my car should be seen for possible damage. They were again so helpful, understanding and offered for me to come by the next day so they could check my car out. I highly recommend Hometown Auto! I will be back.”

“CP& T is a great place to take your car for service, they have been servicing my car for years. The mechanics there are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I took my car there 1/4/24 met Ibrahima who was very pleasant and professional, I got an excellent car service. I loved how I got an update of every problem they found while serving my car and options that were available to fix it. My car is running great, and was very pleased when the owner Peter reached out to me today and asked how the car was running ?. They are honest and I don't worry about getting lied too for unnecessary work like the place that sold me tires. That other company wouldn't even give me a quote without "seeing the vehicle".”

I true gentleman who looks to help you and get you back on the road.I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise!The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places.I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time!Definitely a 5-star!One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! There is a key drop, if needed, as well!”

“Had a great experience with the service department. After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”
