“At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. 5 STAR & 100% recommend FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A NEW VEHICLE. I’ll be back in the future and sending anybody I know that needs a car.”

I've been to this place several times for basic maintenance like oil changes, inspections, etc.. They have reasonable prices and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They are fast and communicate well. I plan on going here for all my car stuff and would recommend them to everyone.”

“Mechanics often get a bad rap and some deserve it. Dave and the guys at Expert aren't that. They're excellent. I've taken multiple cars to him for repair and every time it was done right and for a very fair price. He also explains the repair and doesn't treat me like I'm an idiot.I even took one repair to him and had him tell me there was an extended warranty from Toyota on the particular failure and that I should call the dealer. It takes integrity to turn away business and put the customer first.”

“I have owned 10 vehicles in the past 55 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism at Mechanics Direct. I brought my 2009 Saturn Aura XR for a drain issue they told me that they would have to make the parts because Saturns are no longer manufactured. I am so happy that they fixed the drain problem and warrantied the repair for 3 years. I liked the fact that they explained everything in detail what they found and how they repaired the drains. I had gone to several GM dealers prior to going to Mechanics Direct and was told it would take 3 days to repair because they would have to assess the problem and have to wait for parts. Mechanics Direct fixed my car in one day for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this repair shop I will definitely go back for future repairs.Service: Auto water leak repair”

“These guys absolutely saved me!! Last August I was many miles from home (from Chicago), and my car suddenly had an issue on the highway. I was sent from AutoZone to these guys, and I couldn't have gotten a better place. Thankfully they had time that day to squeeze me in to diagnose and fix my car. I could tell that they are honest people and the owner really knows his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and they were professional with me the entire time. They even filled up my break fluid for free since they noticed it was a little low. Without their help I don't think I would have been able to drive back home. Truly thank you.”

“Every time I needed an MA state inspection done on my car, I went to this location. They provide fantastic service and are very professional. These people effectively serve as an example of "we treat customers like family."However, I think as of recently they had a sudden loss of the person that did the state inspections and are in the process of looking for another person to take that position. You may want to call them and check if that's been resolved.”

“Went in for an oil change and I was in and out within fifteen minutes. Didn't get the floors vacuumed and windows cleaned that the "signature oil change" comes with but the price is the same as other places that don't include those services (and are slower) so I don't feel gipped.”

“I have a few friends and relatives that have spoken really highly of Zeus auto shop. I have been before with flashing lights in my dashboard and John found it instantly called me an hour later and I had a wiring issue with an aftermarket remote start he removed it gave me good advice on what what caused it and not to get bad quality installs and aftermarket remote starts I also get my oil change done here and it’s always done efficiently and in a timely manner.Up until recently I have never had to have any major mechanical issues done on my cars yet. My Honda CRV 2014 AWD light has been intermittently coming on and off which is affecting my Honda CRV when driving. I went to a shop near my house due to Zeus being very booked that day because I was highly concerned with the light being on. This guy at this shop put a scanner on and started claiming I need all these other things done and and was quoting me at astronomical prices.Immediately I said screw this I drove over to Zeus knowing he was booked for the day I walked in and just asked to pick his brain I had photos of the codes the other mechanic had and told him the guy was going to charge me like 2 grand for this and he told me that the guy was most likely going to just swap a bunch of parts on me and basically rob me of money. I have three kids and I’m doing my best to make ends meet and times are hard for most working class right now. So coming by an honest mechanic is rare nowadays but worth its weight in gold.John told me drop the car off the next day and he will look at it I dropped it off he inspected the car and it was nothing like the things the other mechanic quoted me on.I’m waiting for John to get me a quote back on Monday and after the work and quote I have no doubt in my mind I will be satisfied.And this rating will go to a five star review.He’s really sharp and he’s not in the business to scam people he’s there to help and provide good quality work.I would highly recommend Zeus auto shop to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy and qualified mechanic.I will update comeMonday after I get quote and schedule work!”
