So i called the number on the back and a very nice gentleman tried to help me. It was unsuccessful but he gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. Thank you High Tide Team! “My car was full of dirt, sand, road salt, and mysterious smells from three summers and winters of hiking, camping, skiing, and an active pup. I finally hit my breaking point and found these guys online. I sent an email to book an appointment for an interior detail and Ronald was very responsive. Kevin, the technician, arrived on time and did an incredible job making the inside of my car look (and smell) like new. He was friendly and professional throughout, despite being outside in the 90 degree heat. The service took about two hours total. The somewhat steep (though competitive) price made this a splurge for me, but in the end it was worth it--I no longer have that "ick" feeling every time I get in my car. Highly recommend these guys.”

“I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. “I bought gas gift cards at Christmas time at the Bridge St. Station but misplaced one of them and just found it. It was for my brother who was picking it up this afternoon so I put it on the coffee table so I'd have it handy when he came. Left the room for 2 minutes and when I came back,his card was in pieces and the gas card had an edge chewed off. I called the main office and also the station on Bridge St. The manager was so nice and extremely helpful. She said they would honor the card! Thank you so much! Puppies are so naughty!”

“I came today on 9/26/23 to get the express detail. They took me right away! It was $50 for the car wash & detail. I had knee surgery recently, so my SUV definitely needed a pick me up. For $52 plus a tip, I feel like my car was detailed. It’s beautifully clean, and they even vacuumed the hay out of the back end. They took the rubber floor mats out of the car and scrubbed them. “It's a convenient station located close to my home. The prices are reasonable, except for the ups and downs of the economy. The pumps are user-friendly and accept all major credit cards. Easy in and out access to route 97. The only problem I have is their rewards card, I can't seem to get it to work with my credit cards. This won't stop me from using this station.”

“At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. 5 STAR & 100% recommend FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A NEW VEHICLE. I’ll be back in the future and sending anybody I know that needs a car.”
