“I went looking for some small screws to finish a project and there was two employees in the aisle putting stock away. Here’s the interesting part: the older kid (20 ish) was teaching the other (high school age) about the difference types of heads and the grading system of bolts and material types. I was very impressed with both of them. The older one for teaching (accurately) and the other (younger one) for paying attention and learning. I’ve always liked this store and this just served to remind me why.”

He informed me that he was able to do that with a special hole puncher he had, so I brought my designer belt in and got two holes punched! He didn’t even charge me. I called Taylor rental, and in my distress, they provided exactly everything that I needed and more!
