“Stopped by this store today with a lower end upright Eureka vacum. It was my first visit to the store.The dirt cup wouldn't lock in place.The gentleman in the store was pleasant and helpful. He was able to fix the the problem easily and quickly, without charging me anything. Just wanted to send my thanks for your help today. I will be back in when I'm looking for a vacum upgrade.”
