“I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle after my suv completely broke down. I came across Empire Pre-Owned. It was Labor day and I figured they were closed. I went to go look and was greeted by Bowen. Test drove a few suv's and decided to go with a Ford Explorer. Sat down to some paperwork and then I purchased the suv. Scott and Bowen explained everything to me in detail. It went in for a inspection and what needed to be done was done. I picked it up fully inspected and detailed. “The gentleman this morning from Firestone that took my mother‘s car this morning when she dropped it off he was Very polite and generous to her I appreciate that and also the mechanic that took the current did everything he needed to do and he also called me to let me no, what he was going to put in and how much it was gonna cost and he explained everything that he did to the car what was good and bad he said everything looked great. Took his time. No rush to get off the phone. That was great to hear and very good to know that there were no rush to get off the phone this time what was needed what was not needed? What was good was not good I appreciate that. That’s a place you definitely that I would recommend anyone to go to Firestone that’s for sure.”
