“Thought my started died. Tow driver came out, took a look under the hood and told me it was just the battery. If he had jumper cables on him, he would have jumped my truck for me. Saved me the cost of the tow and the cost of the fix at a garage.Didn't charge me for the call, and was appreciative when I handed him the few bucks in cash I had to thank him for saving me money.A lot of other tow truck drivers wouldn't have cared what was wrong, they just would of hooked and booked.I, of course, immediately locked myself out of my truck. “Sometimes fate works in a funny way. On aStateline rainy Sunday, fourth of July weekend, my boyfriend suggested we go look at cars. Not many dealerships were open so we landed at Stateline in Somerset, MA. The warm reception we received from the time we walked through the door was exceptional. We sat with Tiffany Rezendes who couldn't have been any more accommodating and knowledgeable. I'd consider myself a hard sell but her due diligence and speedy no bullshit approach of running back and forth a half dozen times with the manager, completely won me over. She listened to what I needed and sealed the deal in record time; how refreshing! I would be remiss to not mention Marc Accelon the General Sales Manager as I know he is the wizard that makes it all come together. What a gentleman and an up front no nonsense manager. We felt we were heard during this transaction and our time was never wasted. We've wrapped up our sale! The financing with Ray Teixeira was seamless and pleasant! He took time to explain the process and was more than patient with my questions. Overall outstanding experience that made this transaction exciting and positive! I'd highly recommend you run, don't walk, to meet with these folks if you're interested in a fair and honest transaction.”

“When I saw the nail in my tire on my way to bring my daughter to her class I felt defeated, knowing that whatever I imagined id be paying for a repair was gonna hurt. In addition, with just 1 car, I figured this would be a pain getting it fixed while I still got my child to and from school etc. I stopped in late at 3 just to ask for someone to look at it and let me know what Id be looking at in terms of scheduling so I could get it fixed. They offered to take the car right in. I did not expect people who are doing a physically demanding job to take on another task so close to quitting time, and I wouldnt have blamed them. Not only did they get us right in, but they repaired the tire. I had been driving a work vehicle for a long time and this was the first time in a while I had to deal w a tire issie I was gonna pay for, but I expected to hear "you need 4 new tires, a new gas cap, 3 french hens, 2 turtle doves, and thatll come to about $1000.00." Nope. They took great care of us, were super friendly, and really took the stress off of my day. Cant say enough. Thank you.”
