“Sometimes fate works in a funny way. On aStateline rainy Sunday, fourth of July weekend, my boyfriend suggested we go look at cars. Not many dealerships were open so we landed at Stateline in Somerset, MA. The warm reception we received from the time we walked through the door was exceptional. We sat with Tiffany Rezendes who couldn't have been any more accommodating and knowledgeable. I'd consider myself a hard sell but her due diligence and speedy no bullshit approach of running back and forth a half dozen times with the manager, completely won me over. She listened to what I needed and sealed the deal in record time; how refreshing! I would be remiss to not mention Marc Accelon the General Sales Manager as I know he is the wizard that makes it all come together. What a gentleman and an up front no nonsense manager. We felt we were heard during this transaction and our time was never wasted. We've wrapped up our sale! The financing with Ray Teixeira was seamless and pleasant! He took time to explain the process and was more than patient with my questions. Overall outstanding experience that made this transaction exciting and positive!
