“The customer service is unmatchable. I had a gait analysis done and I learned so much about my running pattern and what shoe worked best for me. I’m really looking to try my new shoes out on the road! This store is not like the big chains where you’re just another number. You get personalized care without feeling like you’re being forced into buying something. They actually care about how you’re going to feel running in the shoes they recommend! 10/10 will be back.”
“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic. “I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.”

“I ordered (2) pairs of shoes online for in-store pick up. I was not getting any updates from the website/app, so I used the live chat and got some more info. The shoes had been at the location but hadn't been sorted- hence the lack of status update. An associate Jose took the time to look me up and go back and forth to find out if they were there- and they were. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for him because live info is quicker than virtual sometimes. Thank you Jose! (I'm writing this before I go get them so I don't forget to give him praise)”

“I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”
“My first visit to the Allen Edmonds store was last month, when I had to exchange a pair of Randolph penny loafers purchased online; the size ordered was too small. The manager professionally took my shoe size and gave me the correct size. She also sold me a pair of Cap Toe Oxfords and some associated items. A good experience all in all. I also need to add that she was pro-veteran and was appreciated.”
