“Great concept for a store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in after my older shoes started giving me blisters. What they do here is have you try on shoes then go for a very short jog on a treadmill and film it, replaying the footage in very slow motion. This allows you to see how your foot first makes contact with the treadmill, how you rotate, and how you push off. Bob who helped me explained the difference between types of shoes and gave me a handful to try on. For the service that was included, the price was very reasonable. Glad a service like this exists and I would go back”

“I had heard great things about madewell jeans generally, and I simply had to leave a positive review for this store since the service was so amazing. I went in to try on and purchase some jeans, and the sales folks were instantly helpful with recommending sizes and styles that would work. They brought me multiple sizes and styles to try while I was in the changing room, and gave great feedback on other styles to try based on the ones I liked.My receipt says Viv W (2023 Nov 11 at about 11:30 am, in case a manager or such reads this) and also a woman who seemed to be her manager - shout out to them for the excellent customer service.”

“Love J.Jill. Love getting things on clearance when they have 30% off, plus another 5% with my J.Jill card, even better. I can always find clothes here that fit. I am going to a wedding this weekend and I know I will find something at their store. Their store is pricey, but I have been able to get some decent deals. I always check out the Clearance racks first! Sometimes I am just willing to spend the money on an item because I like the way it fits and I can't wait for the sale. The staff are always ready and willing to assist in setting up a fitting room and bringing another size or color of an item.”

“Really helpful sales people and great clothes for any age man. Over the holidays i was looking for a particular item that was sold out. I called customer service and got an agent that should be a trainer for all phone agents. He, Benjamin, tried his best to find the item and kept me informed as we went along. “The return policy is a little strict. But they worked with me and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes I love. Ecco shoes are the best I've ever worn. Comfortable and durable. Just make sure your clear on the return policies. If you wear them outside your only chance is an exchange. The manager Carlos approved my exchange and I am a very happy customer. “As a 75-year-old guy, I certainly expected to be ignored when I went to this store to buy shoes for skateboarding. Instead, I received outstanding service from a young man named Princeton, who is so smart and professional.I was seeking flexible shoes; unlike my Nike running shoes, which flex only from front to back (not sideways) I wanted shoes that flex in all directions because when running shoes can't flex sideways they force the knee and ankle in directions they don't like by transferring the force to something other than the foot.I'm so happy with my new shoes I'm going back to buy a couple more pairs.The store was also impressive....very clean and meticulously organized.I can't wait to wear them to my next visit with my M.D.”

“So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.”

“My daughter needed to find a nice pair of heels for her junior prom and this was the only place we were able to find a Size 10 Wide. We tried Macy’s, JCPenney, Marshall’s, TJ Max, Target, Kohls, Windsor, DSW and NOTHING! But within 5 minutes at Shoe Dept and my daughter found a beautiful pair of heels and a matching clutch wallet for a total of $60.I hear people complaining about the old guy behind the counter following them around, and I wonder did any of you actually just politely tell him that you’re all set and did not require any further help?? I’m sure that would have been the end of it instead people acting weird about it. He came up to me and asked me if I needed any help to which I politely said No since we had already found the shoes we needed. My daughter and I looked around a little more with no issues and then he met us at the register to check out. He was very professional and very polite.”

“I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.”
