“Awesome place for anything soccer. My daughter needs very wide cleats because she has bunions. We couldn’t find her a comfortable pair until we arrived at Soccer Stuff. They had so many options for her to choose from it was amazing. Great customer service all around. We will definitely be back to purchase more soccer related items in the future! I only wish we had found this place years ago, we would’ve saved a lot of time running around at all of the big chain stores, usually having a really hard time to find her cleats that didn’t really fit well.”

“I got a pair of 1080 V12’s and couldn’t be happier. Excellent fit! I exchanged a pair of Hoka’s that were giving me arch issues.The manager exchanged them no questions asked. I tried on about 8 pairs of shoes until I found one that fit perfectly. The staff was super friendly and very patient! I would recommend anyone looking to find a good fit to come here. A+ service!!”

“Fantastic service (!) for our first two experiences with Sport Loft in Chelmsford MA. The first when I rented skis for my 2 grandchildren. Just excellent and friendly service and very good value. the second whe my wife and I went in with our ski gear to get it checked out. They basically adjusted the fittings on on ski boots, heated the lining of my ski boots for a new custom fit and rewaxed our skis at ZERO cost!! At the same time everyone was so friendly. This is he BEST ski shop I have ever dealt with !!”

“Great concept for a store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in after my older shoes started giving me blisters. What they do here is have you try on shoes then go for a very short jog on a treadmill and film it, replaying the footage in very slow motion. This allows you to see how your foot first makes contact with the treadmill, how you rotate, and how you push off. Bob who helped me explained the difference between types of shoes and gave me a handful to try on. For the service that was included, the price was very reasonable. Glad a service like this exists and I would go back”

“Stopped by Sunday morning to get sticks for myself and a child and to get adult skates for myself. There were two young guys working the desk with ear pods in that had no interest in helping us, even after asking for help. We took our business elsewhere.UPDATE: I'm editing the review after the owner reached out and apologized and promised to take action to course correct. The original issue was unfortunate, but the ownership seems to be willing to take feedback and make corrections, which is all you can ask for.”

“I can't say enough about Lids in the Burlington Mall. My son purchased a hat with his Uncle's initials that had recently passed away. He did not notice the middle initial was incorrect when he brought it home and the manager Alicia was very understanding and stated right away on the phone to bring it in and she will give him a new hat! The customer service is amazing. This is his 5th hat from this store!”

“Clothes are comfortable but a little bit pricey. They can provide cutting services for longer pants but didn't keep their promise on the shipping.I have purchased a pair of pants from a Lululemon outlet store but the pants are too long for me. I was told by the outlet staff that I could go to the Lululemon Retail Store to have my pants cut for free. I think this is really a great service.Since I visit Burlington mall pretty often, one day I went to this store and talked to the store staff to have my pants cut. I have marked the length ahead of time, so I don't need their help to mark it again. Since it takes a couple days to get the pants ready, the store staff told me that they could mail the pants to me free of charge. So I left my contact information (including my address and phone number) in their system.However, I didn't receive the pants after more than 2 weeks so I visited the store physically the next time I went to the mall. The staff was nice to help to get pants but they didn’t have a reason why the pants were not shipped.”

He answered me back then he asked a couple questions and set me right up with a custom Ping 435 10K driver. Got me in a Sim and swung away. Very impressed how Jake knew his golf equipment.Thanks Jake.”

“Got served by this woman named Naomi. Very respectful, patient, and well-mannered. I was a little bit of a pain-in-the-ass to her asking about different bra sizes, and not knowing where to look for bra's other than the actual store, she was very bubbly and showed me exactly where to find them. Also showed me where the fitting rooms are, and the cosmetic and perfume department in the store (I do have to say, her makeup is on point. Very stunning!) Got me everything I needed. She was getting the clearance deals mixed up when I asked her if I got 2 perfumes for $30, would I get 2 of them for free? She paged in her co-worker on her walkie, and she clarified it for me. I am very thankful for the both of them. Naomi was very talkative and confident, matching the customer's energy, had a great conversation with her. I look forward on giving her my service again, she was amazing! Very neat, and tidy store. Just really expensive.”
