“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." “This message is for Holly who came by today and put my daughter's wallet in our mailbox after she found it down the street, it must of fell out of her bag and someone took it stole all her credit cards and bank info, she was our hero who found it and brought it back to us with a note since we wasn't home. She is the nice lady who always does our mail, she better get a raise after this and her boss better praise her. Thank you so much Holly you saved her because thank god they didn't take her ID.”
“There's limited hours because of the small size of the population, but I have always had quick and professional service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes 5 days before Christmas! Not only that, the postal worker was very cheerful despite the amount of work/stress he must have been experiencing . Would definitely recommend.”
“The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!”
“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.
I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….
I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.
They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!
