Never had a bad experience here and have had to mail plenty of complicated things overseas, etc. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Thus is the only post office I know in Massachusetts that emails you when you get mail delivered to your post office box......I have 6 post office boxes around Massachusetts, and this is the best service of them all.
