Excellent product knowledge. Extremely capable on an iPhone. Talks to you not at you. Does not talk over your head. Pleasant conversationalist. Head and shoulders over the atypical moron you tend to run into. Don’t let this one get away!!!!??

Nick is a very competent and professional sales/tech support person at the Verizon store in Maynard. I would recommend him and that store to anyone.
