I called and asked about a part. The guy rushed me off the phone then hung up on me. After I called back he took my number and said he’d look it up and call back, that was three days ago now….

I get more good advice at this store than you could EVER get at any other chain auto parts store. Great service. Always has what I need and what I didn't know I needed. Sometimes its not on the shelf but turn around timing is excellent and worth it.

Every time I stop at Total Auto they are great.Today I went for a battery check. I wasn’t there 2 minutes when they came to me.The owner is polite and friendly.Checked the battery and I was on my way. Thanks Total Vin S
