“The best customer service. I went in to have my car looked at for a rattling noise when hitting the gas over 25mph. It was a clamp that snapped on the flex pipe underneath the car. Not only did he fix the door nicely, but he did it quicker than I expected while dealing with the insurance company for the difference in the estimate. He also asked about prior damage to my bumper and was able to fix that at a reasonable price. “Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe.
