I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on. “Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

“Let's start by saying I love the idea of being able to sit in my vehicle and someone else does all the work.What I love about Norwood Valvoline is that they are thorough. I didn't get an oil change because I actually had a leak and the manager on duty was very concerned and recommended I see a mechanic. He could have just done the oil change, make his money and went on with his day, but he considered the best option for both of us. I appreciate him doing so bc I ended up finding the best mechanic in Norwood.Norwood Auto care on 236 pleasant street. Allen is the boss. Anyhow, I Love Valvoline. The whole vibe is great, they are so welcoming and the wait time is super!”
