“I've been to Orchard a few times now, and I've loved it every time. My boyfriend is more into skateboarding than me, but they've always treated me with kindness regardless. The shop is clean, has a great selection, and everyone who works there knows their stuff. I actually just ordered a pair of Converse CONS Fastbreak Pros and they shipped almost immediately and got to me in record time! They arrived in pretty much perfect condition, not even a dent in the box. Definitely will buy from here again next time I need a pair of kicks!”

“I had a really positive experience shopping at this location for sneakers. I was helped by Bella. I didn't feel any pressure to buy something or rushed (which I experience at other Marathon Sports locations). Bella was really supportive and easy going. The environment wasn't hectic or distracting (like other locations). I'm really happy with the Saucony sneakers I bought, and I tried on a couple other pairs for the first time that I'm now interested in. I have been to multiple Marathon Sports locations (Wellesley, Lexington, Boston), and Cambridge is not the most convenient for me, but I will definitely return to the Cambridge location in the future when I want to try on sneakers in store. I'm glad I made the trip.”

However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. “Reliable and affordable spot for cute clothes for little ones. The quality is very nice and holds up well enough to be passed down to younger friends or siblings if they've got 'em. I wish there were fewer super-gendered graphic designs, but as things are, everything is brightly colored and appealing and my son loves it (and every once in a while, one of those graphic items will be so adorable that it's heartbreaking to give it up when your kid grows out of it). Even if nothing here otherwise appeals to you, the fleece drawstring pants are the best and warmest thing your kiddo can wear in the winter, and are always worth stocking up on. A lot of other baby clothes shops at a lower price point than this do not have clothes with as nice of a fabric or as sturdy of a seaming as Carter's, and Carter's is not expensive in the first place. So anyway - solid shop, nice and patient customer service, non-annoying traffic nearby. Kind of a no-brainer if you have little ones or are shopping for someone else's.”

“Wow the store is impressive! Their new location just down the street from their previous location at 117 First St. Cambridge, MA. Amazing selection of quality shoes for men and women, which is hard to find these days. I bought these super comfortable Samuel Hubbard shoes recommended by the owner. I have bad knees and wanted a stylish comfortable shoe that could be worn for any occasion. These are perfect. Bob is knowledgeable, attentive, honest and patient. Prices are awesome too - better than internet prices. This place is a rare find! I will be back to pick out work boots. ”
