“Love the unique selections. Clothing that you can visibly see quality and distinctive designs. Sustainability is at the owner's top priority and so, the brands represent conscious shopping. However, if you do not have a budget to shop for $50-80 sweatpants or $30-60 shirts, I'd still stop by for their sales.”
“Reliable and affordable spot for cute clothes for little ones. The quality is very nice and holds up well enough to be passed down to younger friends or siblings if they've got 'em. I wish there were fewer super-gendered graphic designs, but as things are, everything is brightly colored and appealing and my son loves it (and every once in a while, one of those graphic items will be so adorable that it's heartbreaking to give it up when your kid grows out of it). Even if nothing here otherwise appeals to you, the fleece drawstring pants are the best and warmest thing your kiddo can wear in the winter, and are always worth stocking up on. A lot of other baby clothes shops at a lower price point than this do not have clothes with as nice of a fabric or as sturdy of a seaming as Carter's, and Carter's is not expensive in the first place. So anyway - solid shop, nice and patient customer service, non-annoying traffic nearby. Kind of a no-brainer if you have little ones or are shopping for someone else's.”

“They are very helpful and have a lot of clothes to include christening outfits. They don’t have a lot for toddlers or kids, but they have tons of clothes for 0-12 months. The customer service is great and the quality of clothes are good. They are pricey, but you pay for what you get and it’s good quality.”

“It's a great store, very busy on the weekends, but then again the entire mall is the same. I shop for my son and I always manage to buy things for other children in my family every time I go into this store because their prices are incredible and you can use coupons at this store, even if they are an outlet!!! This particular store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and I love the fact that they can speak other languages, coming from a multicultural family it's always helpful when I bring my mom and Granma with me to help me shop and someone can relate to them which makes my trip easier and faster. When shopping with a toddler and grandma quickness is very great. I have heard spanish, portugués, and I think russian if I'm not mistaken. I always thought Oshkosh prices were out of my league and then I found this store and now I'm the master of the good deals with my wife and her sister. Ha.”

They have all my sizes they have really good quality at really good prices..You can get almost anything you want in there except for XXXL tall guy. I guess they don't care that big stuff but you can get that stuff online if it doesn't fit you you can return it at the Old Navy store!!My favorite place to shop!!I hope it never goes away!!”

I was specifically looking for a special Jellycat that was rereleased and the shipping was super fast even though I essentially live across the country from them. Really good price too and included free shipping! When there was issues with my address, they made sure to reach out and correct it before shipping so I had no issues with shipment. However, when the vibrant BUY ONE, GET ONE 50% OFF signs caught my attention from all corners of the store on Brattle St., I was compelled to pay a visit. Upon entering, you're greeted by the men's section on the ground floor, while the women's and kids' departments await upstairs.As I browsed the racks for autumn attire, Gap emerged as the standout among Banana Republic (fall catalogue begins tomorrow, September 1) and Zara where I had searched a few days prior. It was the sole brand I had visited whose clothes seemed ready to keep me cozy when a fall sunny-with-a-breeze day turned overcast. Julia, one of the store's associates, proved to be incredibly helpful. She guided me through the enticing deal, offering insights as if I were a friend on selecting an additional item to unlock the discount. She guided towards the fitting rooms, all the while engaging in pleasant conversation that extended beyond the usual scripted inquiries like "Do you have an email/phone # with us?" or "Find everything alright? Your total is $300."Departing the store, I carried a sense of contentment about my purchases. The experience felt unhurried and enjoyable, leaving me eagerly anticipating my next visit. It's evident that this particular location consistently offers a curated selection, and I'm excited to explore its offerings again in the future.”

“This store always has the nicest employees. Every time I go there and check out the cashier's (no matter who), are always super friendly and talkative. I can't recall a time any employees were rude or not helpful. The store is also always clean "ESPECIALLY THE DRESSING ROOMS", clothes are always on the correct rack because they have employees going around and always making sure things are in the correct places ( I mean even down to the sizes always being in the correct order) they honestly deserve an award for cleanest,most well organized store. I love their clothing and shoe selection so much, they have something for "EVERYONE" and anyone and the prices are great and they always have some kind of sale going on, and if you're a member you always i mean always get 20% to 50% off along with another coupon after purchase and can also earn Bob's bucks (they run Bob's buck's alot no only during holidays)you really can't beat that. The only complaint I have is that someone always beats me to my size, and that's not their fault!! I truly hope and pray they don't ever close down this location because over the years, so many have closed (I drive 30 mins to this location) I will truly be devastated, I truly love shopping here every season and don't plan on stopping!!”

The also have really amazing team members who are incredibly helpful. One team member approached my little ones and asked if they wanted to color at the activity table and gave them stickers at the end of our shopping trip.”
