“I just had the most wonderful experience with Jim. I went into the store to purchase a new galaxy note for my 94 year old mother. I explained that my Moms phone was constantly playing crazy ads from the 300 plus apps that she had downloaded.Jim said that I didn’t need a new phone. My Mom has advanced dementia and had MULTIPLE bible, rosary and game apps on her phone. All she really wants to do is listen to the rosary but it was constantly being interrupted with ads!! Jim worked with me to remove all the apps and even removed the App Store so she couldn’t download anything else.As I’m writing this, I’m listening to my Mom saying her rosary. “One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”
