“I just had the most wonderful experience with Jim. I went into the store to purchase a new galaxy note for my 94 year old mother. I explained that my Moms phone was constantly playing crazy ads from the 300 plus apps that she had downloaded.Jim said that I didn’t need a new phone. My Mom has advanced dementia and had MULTIPLE bible, rosary and game apps on her phone. All she really wants to do is listen to the rosary but it was constantly being interrupted with ads!! Jim worked with me to remove all the apps and even removed the App Store so she couldn’t download anything else.As I’m writing this, I’m listening to my Mom saying her rosary.
