My Mother had passed away this week and I was dreading dealing with unreasonable pack and ship stores, but Pak Mail was fantastic. Their quote was far less than the others, and the folks I was communicating with were very friendly and caring. I bid often with Bonhams, and going forward I will only use Pak Mail in Fitchburg.”

“I usually have bad experiences with the Post Office, but the one in Holden is pretty good. It's usually not too busy and the customer service is for the most part very good. If you're in the area and have to send something by USPS, this Holden location is a good one to go to.”

“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”

“Our mail carrier is always great. On top of that, I had an issue with the key in our mailbox and I couldn't get my package. I called the post office and spoke to a woman named Jess and told her what was going on. Even though I was calling during peak holiday craziness for them, and on a FREEZING cold day she hopped in her car and was at the mailbox less than 5 minutes after I called to help me out. (Thank you Jess) Everyone we've ever interacted with so far at the Clinton PO has always been VERY helpful and courteous.”
