“Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...”

The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “100% recommend coming to this location for easy seamless mailing! The service here was absolutely amazing! I had just come from doing some whole foods Amazon returns, but I had one that was intended to go through UPS. When I got there I realized that that was a little bit too big for me to carry by myself. The guys at the shop were able to help me not only get it out of my car and into the store, but were able to do the taping and made this an absolutely seamless return. The location was easy to find and the parking was right next to it. Would recommend to my friends, and I will definitely be using this UPS store to do my mailing and returns moving forward.”

“I often have errands, however the difference is when I go to my post office in Sterling it feels as if I'm truly welcome. The people there work so hard, handling the occasional long lines so proficiently, all the while being polite and making sure that someone who is in the line gets to hand them what they came for. They seem to know EVERYONE who comes in by name. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the evident camaraderie. I have lived in Sterling for 39 years and have never had a negative experience there.”

“They are always really friendly and helpful! Mail delivery is dependable and pretty consistent in timing. Packages are always left at the house. The only time they may bring it back to the post office is if there is a pending snow storm or if they are really backed up with Christmas deliveries. Fortunately, Princeton is small and there is never much of a line at the post office. If you need to make your way over there then it's also a good excuse to go to the Thirsty Lab. :-D”

“Made an appointment online after talking with a traveling notary. First off he acted like he didn’t have time for me and then was going to charge me over 100 bucks just do the notary, never mind a few for traveling and mileage. So anyway I called this place and they said 10 bucks. I didn’t think it was true but I showed up and sure enough they charged me 10 dollars. The process took about 5 minutes. It was painless and easy. They were friendly and helpful.”

“I use this store for all of my shipping needs. The staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. At Christmas time, I usually mail off 20-25 packages. They always arrive on time. In addition, I recently had a dilemma. I was going on vacation in Florida and needed my tennis racquet because I was playing in several matches. I did not want to risk packing my racquet for fear it would be damaged and I did not have time to buy a new racquet down there before the tennis match. Shrewsbury UPS wrapped and boxed my favorite tennis racquet and the racquet arrived in Florida the day before I arrived. Yay, UPS. Let's hope I score a winner on the court like you did on shipping.”

“I have not have the best experience with Fed Ex in the past but today was completely different. I have always had a great relationship with my driver Onyx who is probably taken on a higher role at this point or at least should be given a promotion. I called last night to make sure my package would be delivered correctly as their was a delivery exception. Promptly this morning Jimmy called me and took great care of me and made sure everything was delivered correctly. He communicated with me and everyone else perfectly. I really appreciate this. “Our mail carrier is always great. On top of that, I had an issue with the key in our mailbox and I couldn't get my package. I called the post office and spoke to a woman named Jess and told her what was going on. Even though I was calling during peak holiday craziness for them, and on a FREEZING cold day she hopped in her car and was at the mailbox less than 5 minutes after I called to help me out. (Thank you Jess) Everyone we've ever interacted with so far at the Clinton PO has always been VERY helpful and courteous.”
